We know things don’t always go perfectly, especially when shipping is involved. That’s why we offer a Reprint Guarantee to give you peace of mind:
- 30-Day Shipping Damage Reprint If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, we’ll reprint and send you a new one, free of charge. Just let us know within 30 days of delivery and provide a photo of the damage.
- 5-Day Breakage Reprint* If you accidentally break your item within the first 5 days of receiving it, we’ll reprint it once—no questions asked. We know accidents happen!
